Based on more than 25 years’ experience, SQI Consult is offering its services to engineering - and manufacturing companies in the south-east part of Denmark (Jylland-Fyn) working in the iron & steel industry, off/on-shore oil & gas industry and the petrochemical plant/processing industry, especial within the following three areas:

Management Quality Systems (MQS) services

The MQS services may be development of an:

• ISO 9001 Quality system
• PED certification must be in addition to an ISO 9001 (certified) system
• ISO 17020 Inspection Body Quality system
• ISO 17025 Laboratory (NDT) Quality system
• EN 1090 System (DS/EN ISO 3834) may be a part of an ISO 9001 system

A quality system project can start from “zero”, by review of the company’s portfolio of products and together with the company decide/recommend which QMS will be the best choice combined with considerations whether a certification of the QMS could be of value for the company’s position in the market.

A quality system project can also be thorough review (audit) of the existing quality system for evaluation of compliance with an existing or new standard.

Or a quality system project can be development and addition of more comprehensive - or additional authority’s requirements.

Weld manufacturing and - coordination services

The Welding coordination may be some few items, or all the activities outlined in the “ISO 14731:2019 - Welding coordination - Tasks and responsibilities”.
Depending on the “in-house” personnel the welding coordination tasks shall be a case-by-case agreement between the parties, but especially the importance of having experience and well qualified “Welding Inspection” personnel (IWI personnel) is often overlooked.
